This expansion is being led by our people, whom we value highly. Our head office is in Croydon and we have branch offices manned by a Head of Branch and assistant solicitors. When choosing candidates, we look for a strong academic record, suitable experience, enthusiasm and good communication skills. Because many of our solicitors work autonomously, we also require good IT competency including the ability to type your own letters quickly, time record on a client management system, dictate using a digital recorder and have a good working knowledge of Word and Outlook.
We have a very flexible approach to working hours and locations. We expect our solicitors to travel if necessary to different offices for client meetings but equally, if appropriate, we are happy to let you work from home. All our solicitors have the ability to work remotely.

We have no training contracts to offer at the moment. As we specialise in employment law, we can only offer two seats (contentious litigation and non-contentious employment), so other seats must be organised in association with other firms beforehand.
We have no vacancies for paralegals or legal executives.
Our administrators are well organised and have excellent communication skills. We require our administrators to undertake a wide variety of tasks such as communicating with existing and potential clients, solicitors, barristers, audio typing (digital dictation), filing, archiving, booking appointments, organising calendars and refreshments and other tasks as necessary. Our administrators are flexible and are required to work accurately on their own or as part of a busy team.
